机械回转反吹袋式除尘器升级改造的研究与实践

针对机械回转反吹袋式除尘器在使用过程中普遍存在的喷吹清灰效果差、回转机构易出故障、滤袋更换困难及密封性较差等问题,在降低旋转臂转速以加大喷吹气量和喷吹时间保证喷吹清灰效果、改进回转机构使之能长期稳定运行、变换顶盖结构形式便于滤袋更换、调整滤袋固定方式增强密封性能等方面进行升级改造,保证了除尘系统风量、提高了除尘效率、降低了运行费用、减轻了劳动强度、满足了环保标准要求。

In view of the mechanical rotary blowback bag dust wiperis widely encountered with the problems of poorcleaning effect, easy rotary mechanism faults, bag replacement difficulties and poor sealing,it is upgraded by lowerin-grotating armspeed to increase the blowing air volume and blowing time to ensure the cleaning effect, improving slew-ing mechanism to ensure the long-term and stable operation, transforming the roof structure form for easy bag re-placement, adjusting bag fixation and enhancing sealing performance and other aspects, to ensure the air volume ofdust removal system, improve the dust removal efficiency, reduce operating costs, reduce labor intensity, andmeet therequirements of environmental protection.
