基于Mapinfo的烟田管理信息系统建设

Construction of Tobacco Land Management Information System based on Mapinfo

本文以阜新县烟田管理信息系统的建立为例,论述了基于Mapinfo的烟田管理信息系统的建设思路和实现方法,并利用已有的烟田图斑勾绘纸图,在Mapinfo下完成烟田数据库的建立。同时,在已有土地利用现状图的基础上,编程提取便于对烟田进行规划管理的辅助信息。最后利用Mapinfo的二次开发语言Mapbasic完成烟田管理信息系统功能的开发,实现对烟田各种查询、统计等功能。

The article takes the establishment of the tobacco land management information system in Fuxin County as an example, discuses the building ideas and the achievement methods for the tobacco land management information system based on MapInfo.With the help of Mapinfo and the existing tobacco land drawing paper, the establishment of the tobacco land database is achieved. Meanwhile, based on the status quo the existing land using, the support infor?mation contributing to tobacco land planning managementis programed and extracted. Finally secondary development language Mapbasic of Mapinfo is used to complete the development of tobacco land management information systems functions, to achieve various enquiries, statistical, and other functions of tobacco land.
