摘要
通过对攀西地区的钒铁冶炼后高铝尾渣的特性研究,采用同步配加活性石灰的方法进行调渣处理,将其直接用于钢渣电炉炼钢生产。试验证明,该方法对螺纹钢的冶炼效果与现有工艺相当,为高铝尾渣的综合回收利用开辟了新的途径。
Based on the characteristics study on the high aluminum slag of ferrovanadiumin Panxi area, the method of synchronous adding active lime is used for slag processing, which will be directly used for the production of steel slag electric furnace steelmaking. It has been proved that the smelting effect of the screw steel is equal to that of the exist?ing process, which opens up a new way for the comprehensive recycle and utilization of high aluminum tail slag.
