摘要
随着我国工业化的不断发展,氨氮废水排放对自然水资源造成了较为严重的破坏,引起了广泛的社会关注,与此同时,相关学者也研究出了一些测定水中氨氮含量的方法,在长期的应用过程中,呈现出良好的效果,为相关的水资源治理工作提供了准确详实的数据信息。但是,在实际的氨氮测定过程中,水中总硬度会对测定结果产生影响。因此,要想保证氨氮测定质量,必须通过实验分析出水中总硬度对氨氮测定的影响范围以及具体的影响规律。本文首先对水中氨氮和水中总硬度进行了概述,并分析了氨氮测定的常用方法,然后以纳氏试剂分光光度法为例进行试验分析,总结出水中总硬度对氨氮测定的影响规律,为该领域提供一定的参考和借鉴。
With the continuous development of China's industrialization, ammonia wastewater discharge caused more se?rious damage to natural water resources, leading to widespread concern in the community, at the same time, the relevant experts and scholars have developed some methods for the determination of ammonia content in the water, in the long ap?plication process, they show good results, and provide accurate and detailed data for the associated water resources gov?ernance. However, in the actual determination of ammonia, total hardness of the water will affect the measurement re?sults. Therefore, in order to ensure the determination quality of ammonia,the affecting scope of thewater total hardness on ammonia determination and the specific affecting law must be experimentally analyzed. Firstly, ammonia in water and the water hardness are overviewed in this paper, the common methods for the determination of ammonia are anlyzed, and then the Nessler reagent spectrophotometric is taken as an example for test analysis, the influences of water total hardness on ammonia determination are summed up, which provides certain reference for work in this field.
