在立井提升中,摇台是连接车场平面与罐笼地板平面,保证人员、车辆通行的活动平台,是矿井运输的咽喉要道。ZHT-B型双补锁定摇台是矿井多层罐笼提升系统中井口、井底罐笼的承接锁定装置。该装置具有柔性缓冲托罐、同步搭接锁定、防蹾罐、补偿提升绳伸长等功能。本文阐述了门克庆煤矿副井ZHT-B型双补锁定摇台的应用实践。

In the vertical shaft hoisting, the cradle connects yard plane and the cage floor level, is amovable platfor-mensuring the passing of personnel and vehicles, and the choke point of mine transportation. ZHT-B type doublelocking cradle is the undertaking lock device of wellhead and bottom cagein the multilayer cage hoisting system ofmine. The device has the functions off lexible buffer tank, synchronous lap lock, anti-tank, dun compensated liftingrope elongation, etc. This paper expounds the application practice of ZHT-B double locking cradle in the auxiliaryMenkeqing coal mine.
