本文叙述了大唐珲春发电厂对AN型轴流风机作为引风机使用过程中振动值偏大等缺陷的原因进行分析,在缺陷处理中总结出系统性的检修办法及理论,并阐述静叶可调型轴流风机的一些故障原因、处理方法。

This paper describes that Datang Hunchun power plant uses AN type axial flow fan as the induced draftfan, analyzes the causes of defects such as relatively large vibration valuein the using process,summarizes the system-ic maintenance method and theory in the defects treatment, and explains the causes of some problems and the pro-cessing method of static blade adjustable axial flow fan.
