摘要
轧制力是轧钢生产过程中的重要的原始参数,它直接关系到工艺制度的制定、产品质量的提高、范围的扩大以及设备潜力的合理发挥。而影响轧制力的主要因素是多方面的,如压下量。本文应用有限元分析软件对带钢冷轧过程进行了模拟,并讨论分析在不用压下量下带钢表面应力分布情况,找出影响带钢表面质量的原因,为提高带钢表面质量提供参考。
Rolling force is an important raw parameter in the steel rolling production process, which is directly relatedto the formulation of process system, the improvement of product quality, the expansion of scope and the reasonable de-velopment of equipment potential. And the main factors affecting the rolling force are various, such as the reduction.In this paper, the finite element analysis software is adopted to simulate the strip cold rolling process and the strip sur-face stress distribution is discussed without reduction, to find out the reasons affecting the strip surface quality, andprovide a reference for improving the strip surface quality.
