摘要
我国的水库管理水平不高,制度不完善,致使许多水库存在一定的安全隐患。因此,加强水库运行管理,保障水库的安全运行,充分发挥其社会效益和经济效益。本文首先分析了我国水库运行管理中的问题,然后提出了科学有效的改善措施。
the low management level of reservoir in our country and imperfect system, many reservoirs have certain se-curity risks.Therefore, we should strengthen the operation and management of the reservoir, guarantee the safe opera-tion of the reservoir, and give a full play of its social and economic benefits. In this paper, the problems existing reser-voir operation and management in China are firstly analyzed, and then the scientific and effective measures are put for-ward for improvement.
