Study on the Improvement of Parking Space in Old Residential Areas

旧居住区停车问题一直是我国交通各部门最关心的话题。为了更好的缓解旧居住区的停车问题,首先,对各居住区的停车状况进行调研,发现其存在的问题;其次,从旧居住区现状各土地利用状况进行分析,探讨居住区在现有用地状况下改建为停车泊位的可能;最后以西安市明德门小区为例进行改造,改造后小区内的停车泊位数基本满足了小区内私家车主的停车需求。

The parking problem of old residential area has always been the most concerned topic in our country. In or-der to better alleviate the parking problem in old residential area, first of all, the parking situation in each residentialarea is investigated, to find the existing problems; secondly, the land utilization is analyzed based on the status quo ofthe old residential area to discuss the possibility to rebuild the existing land as parking space in the residential area; fi-nally Xi'an Mingde gate area is taken as an example to carry out a transformation, and after transformation, the park-ing space in the residential can basically meet the parking demand of private vehicles owners in the residential.
