摘要
气泡混凝土经过多年的研究应用已逐渐发展成为一项成熟的技术,因其具有轻质、抗压强度高、整体性好、凝结自立性、保温隔热等优点,十分迅速的在我国推广,并广泛的应用于道路加宽、桥梁台背回填、陡坡路基、软土路基减荷、地下及相邻结构物减荷、冻土路基保温隔热、房屋结构减荷和保温隔热层等工程。本文结合大众西路与长株高速榔梨东收费站连接工程实际情况,对A匝道AK0+0~AK0+51以及C匝道CK0+120~CK0+210段路基设计采用了气泡混凝土技术,合理的解决了路基填筑对其紧邻磁浮桥墩的影响,保证了工程质量和施工安全且节约成本,为类似工程提供了参考。
Bubble concrete after years of research and application has gradually developed into a mature technology,because of its light weight, high compressive strength, good integrity, condensation independence, insulation and otheradvantages, and it has been rapidly promoted in our country, and widely used in road widening, bridge abutment back-filling, load reduction of steep slope embankment, soft soil subgrade, underground and adjacent structures, thermal in-sulation of frozen soil roadbed, load reduction of building structure and heat preservation and insulation engineering,etc. Combining with the actual situation of the connected project between Dazong west road and Changzhu high-speedroad Langli east toll station, A ramp AK0+0 to AK0+51 and C ramp CK0+120 to CK0+210 roadbed design is usedwith the bubble concrete technology, which has reasonably solved the effects of roadbed filling on its close magneticsuspension bridge pier, and ensured the project quality, construction safety and cost saving, providing a reference forsimilar engineering.
