Prevention of Adverse Human Factors in the Flight Search and Rescue

本文通过去年英国一个典型飞行事故案列,对人为因素在航空安全事故中的重要关系进行了阐述。并结合搜救飞行的特点,就如何预防人为差错,并减少其对搜救飞行安全的影响,提出一些建议。

This paper describes the importance of human factors in aviation safety accidents by a typical case of flightaccident in the United Kingdom last year. Combined with the characteristics of flight search and rescue, it puts for-ward some suggestions on how to prevent human error, and to reduce its impact on flight rescue safety.
