海上平台采用卫星通信时通信中断引起关停的时间间隔设置分析

摘要 受限于与陆地的距离及投资,很多海上平台与陆地采用卫星通信。受"日凌"现象的影响,卫星通信中断的时长可以达到10min之久甚至更多。当海上平台与陆地之间的卫星通信链路中断达到一定时长时,为安全起见,需要自动触发平台的关停。通过分析引起关停的原因,为今后类似项目提供参考。 A lot of offshore platforms use satellite to communicate with the land due to the limitation of the distancefrom land and investment. Affected by the'satellite eclipse' phenomenon, the time of satellite communication inter-ruption can reach 10 min or more. When the satellite communication link between the offshore platform and the land isinterrupted for a certain period of time, for security reasons, it needs to automatically trigger the shutdown of the plat-form. The analysis on the reasons of shutting down, will provide reference for similar projects in the future.
