摘要
导向键是游车大钩的重要零件之一,在使用中起到滑动导向和传递扭矩的重要作用。但在实际生产过程中,经常因热处理变形导致装配失败。基于此,通过改变导向键的工艺路线和加工方案,选用不同的热处理方案,以期探索出变形量小且能够保证装配精度和质量的工艺设计方案。
Guide key is one of the important parts of the hook, which plays an important role in the use of slidingguide and transfer torque. But in the actual production process, the assembly failure is often caused by heat treatmentdeformation. Based on this, by changing the process route and processing program of the guide key, different heattreatment schemes were selected, in order to explore the process design scheme of small deformation and can ensurethe accuracy and quality of the assembly.
