救生衣灯光强测量不确定度评定与分析

摘要 主要分析救生衣灯光强测量的影响因素,对救生衣灯光强分布测量的不确定度进行评定,通过对GO-R5000分布光度测量系统进行分析,建立数学模型,分析救生衣灯光强测量不确定度来源。经过计算A类和B类不确定度,最后得出测量结果的合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。通过分析得出影响测量的最主要因素是标准灯,同时救生衣灯的安装、转台精度和试验环境也会对测量产生一定影响。 The factors affecting the intensity measurement of the lifejacket lamp were analyzed, the uncertainty of theintensity distribution measurement of the lifejacket lamp was evaluated. By analyzing the GO-R5000 distributed pho-tometric system, the mathematic model was established, the source of uncertainty of light intensity measurement oflife jacket was analysed. After compute the uncertainties of Class A and Class B, the composite uncertainty and ex-tended uncertainty of the measured results were obtained. Through analysis, the most important factor affecting themeasurement is the standard lamp. Meanwhile, the installation of the lifejacket lamp, turntable accuracy and the ex-perimental environment also have some impact on the measurement.
