改善国产GQ640旅游大客车的平顺性的初步探讨 被引量:1

摘要 本文根据试验结果和理论计算,分析了影响大客车平顺性的主要因素,并探讨了改善GQ640旅游大客车平顺性的基本途径.文中指出,悬挂系统参数的选择,既要保证良好的平顺性,又要保证行驶安全性.现有GQ640大客车是在东风EQ140载重车四类底盘基础上改装而成的,其悬架刚度和轮胎刚度都较大,因此其平顺性和行驶安全性都不完善.这一结论与试验结果相符合.作者认为:现有GQ640大客车应采用较软的悬架弹簧(前悬架偏频取9.6rad/s,后悬架偏频取10rad/s)和较大的相对阻尼系数ψ(前悬架取0.3.后悬架取0.29).这样的悬架将能保证汽车在柏油路上以常用车速(50km/hr)行驶时,具有较为满意的平顺性和行驶安全性. Based on the experimental results and the theoretical computations. some important factors which influence the ride quality of a big bus are analysed, and the elemental ways for improving the ride quality of an Aeolus model GQ640 travel bus are also discussed.This paper notices that the choice of parameters of asuspension system must guarantee to get a good ride guality and a good ride safety of an automobile. The present model GQ640 travel bus was rebruilt from the fourth sort of the Aeolus model EQ140 truck chassis. Because of the large suspension stiffness and the tyre stiffness of a GQ640 bus its ride quality and ride safety are imperfect This conclusion is in agreement with the experimental results.The author of this paper considers that a softer suspension spring (the natural frequency of front suspension-9.6 rad/s, and the rear suspension-10 rad/s) and a larger relative damping coefficient φ (front suspension-0.3, rear suspension-0.29)should be adopted for the present model GQ640 travel bus. This suspension can guarantee that the model GQ640 travel bus will keep a grateful ride quality and a ride safety when it runs on the asphalt road with a speed of 50km/hr.
