Consideration on Creating Learning Type City

怎样以"创建学习型城市"为重要突破口,推动经济社会的全面、协调、可持续发展?这是摆在城市党委、政府和广大共产党员、各级领导干部、广大市民面前的一项重要任务和一个重大课题。为此,要充分认识创建学习型城市的重大意义;要准确把握创建学习型城市的基本目标;要着力构建创建学习型城市的主要载体;要建立健全创建学习型城市的重要机制。

Take the Creating Learning Type City as the important breach, which impels the economic society’s comprehensive, harmonious and sustainable development,. This is supposed to be a general residents’ important task and significant issue to the city party committee, the government, the general communist party members, all levels of leading cadre and all citizens. Therefore, we must fully know the significance of creating learning type city, we must accurately grasp the foundation goal of creating learning type city; we must make every effort to construct the main carrier of creating learning type city; and we must establish and perfect the important mechanism of creating learning type city.
