摘要
由中等专业学校、中等师范学校升格转型的高职院校,生源结构发生了变化,学生的教育管理难度增大。教师要面对现实,更新观念,改革评价体系,改革课程设置,改进管理方法,适应市场经济,培养符合市场需要的职业技术人才。
With the change of the structure of source of students in higher vocational college promoted and reformed from the secondary teachnical schools and normal schools, it becomes more and more difficult on students management. Therefore, the teachers should renew their ideas, reform the evaluation. system and curriculum, improve the methods and cultivate the professional technical talented students who are suitable for the market.
