摘要
教师教育是一项巨大的系统工程,它的发展依赖于方方面面。搞好农村教师教育,必须增加教育投资,改革投资体制,提高农村教师待遇,切实实施"科教兴县(教)"战略,还应建立中国教师继续教育基地和网络。
Teachers’ education is an enormous open system engineering. Its development depends on every aspect . It’s necessary to increase the investment, reform the investment system, and improve the rural teachers’ treatment. The local government should implement the strategy of "revitalizing the county with science and education"; set up a Chinese teacher continuing educational base as well as a network .
