我国公民受教育权的法律保护及其完善

Legal Protection and Perfection of Our Citizens’ to Be Educated

受教育权的法律保护应坚持平等原则和人本原则。我国目前已初步建立起教育法体系的框架,但还缺乏完整的、规范的和理性的体系。应当完善我国现行的教育立法,使公民的受教育权得到应有的尊重和保障。

Legal protection for citizens to have the right to be educated should uphold the principle of equality and humanity.China has initially established a system of education law framework,but still lack of an integrated,standardized and rational system.Our existing education legislation should be perfected so that the right for citizens to be educated should be respected and guaranteed.
