摘要
运用心理量表SCL-90调查藏族内地就读大学生心理亚健康状况,分析研究了心理亚健康对身体素质所产生的影响,论证了心理健康状况与身体素质的关系。提出要采用精神参与法教学手段、娱乐性教育手段、自助式心理暗示教学方法、区别对待、坚持集体活动等,加强学生心理健康教育和提高身体素质的教学改革思路与措施。
Through SCL-90 Scale,this paper investigates the conditions of the students′ psychological health of the inland class of Tibet, analyses the impact of psychological subhealth to their physical fitness, and demonstrates the relationship between psychological subhealth and physical fitness. Main conclusion: To strengthen Tibetan students′psychological health education and improve their physical fitness by adopting the teaching method of mental participating, self-assistant psychological hint and collective actions.
