摘要 本文介绍了网络环境下数字参考咨询的涵义及特点,探讨了高校图书馆数字参考咨询服务的主要方式,并提出了数字参考咨询服务的发展思路。 This paper presents the meaning and features of digital reference service based on network environment, discusses the main ways of the service as well as the development concepts.
