摘要
社会公众的法律情感包括法律感性情感、法律理性情感和法律信仰情感三个方面;社会公众的法律情感是法治和法律环境建设的基础和内容。培养社会公众良好的法律情感,对推进中国法治进程有着十分重要的作用。
Legal sensibility of the public includes legal emotional sensibility,legal rational sensibility,and legal belief sensibility three aspects.Legal sensibility of the public is the foundation and content in setting the rule of law and legal atmosphere.It is necessary to push the course of rule of law by cultivating legal sensibility in China.
