高职学生管理中加强个性教育是时代发展的要求,是职业教育本质的要求,也是学生现状的要求。发展学生个性要坚持以人为本的原则,要发展学生的主体意识和自治能力,要将学生融入学校社团之中。这样,才能更好地达到全面育人的目的。
