本文主要从现金流的角度出发,以财务危机为研究对象,主要研究企业财务危机的防范和预警问题。本文分析了企业发生财务危机时现金流的反映,探讨了如何准确把握现金流相关指标来进行财务预警,并针对现金流的管理提出了一些建议。

This paper starts from the point view of cash flow, aimed to study financial crisis, and mainly makes a research on the prevention and early warning of financial crisis in enterprises. It analyses a reflection of cash flow on financial crisis of enterprises, discusses how to accurately grasp related indicators of cash flow to carry on the financial early warning, as well as a number of recommendations for the management of cash flow.
