建设社会主义新农村必须重视农村中小学教师的教育培养——以湖南省岳阳市为例

Building a New Socialist Countryside Must Attach Importance to the Education and Training of Rural Primary and Secondary School Teachers——Take Yueyang City of Hunan Province as an Example

基础教育实行新课程改革之后,农村中小学教师诸多不适应的现状已经显现,农村教师的教育培养工作也面临着较大困难。文章以湖南省岳阳市为例,分析了农村中小学教师教育及农村教师队伍素质等方面存在的问题,提出要建设好社会主义新农村,必须大力发展农村教育事业,必须从五个方面加强农村中小学教师的教育和培养。

After the reform of the implementation of the new basic education curriculum, some unadapted status quo of rural primary and secondary school teachers have already become clear, and the education and training of rural teachers are also faced with more difficulties. The article, takes Yueyang city of Hunan province as an example, analyses the existing problems such as the education and quality of primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas, and raises that to build a new socialist countryside well, we must vigorously develop rural education cause, and strengthen the education and training of primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas from five aspects.
