摘要
班主任是学校中全面负责班级工作的教师,是学生班集体的教育者、组织者和指导者。然而,当我们重视并突出班级的组织特性,遵循组织管理的一般原理、按照分层组织的实践模式来落实班级管理教育时,班主任的角色往往就成为"管理者"。本文主要论述班主任如何从管理者走向指导者。
Head teacher,responsible for all the affairs in class,is the educator,organizer,and mentor of the students.However,while we attach great importance to the organization of class,follow the general principles of organization and management,implement class management and education according to the layered practical model,the role of head teacher often becomes a "manager".This paper mainly discusses how to guide head teacher from a manager to a mentor.
