摘要
教师角色的特征是随着社会的变化而变化的,不同时代对教师角色有着不同的定位。新课程背景形势下,小学语文教师不仅应是新型的知识传授者,更应该是学生学习的促进者、语文教学改革的研究者和孜孜不倦的学习者。
The characteristic of teacher’s roles is varied as society varied,and in different eras,there is different orientation of teacher’s roles.Under the new curriculum situation,primary Chinese teachers should not only be a knowledge imparter,but a promoter of students’ learning,a researcher of Chinese teaching reform as well as a tireless learner.
