Economics Analysis on Current Overcharging Private Construction of Venues for Religious Activities in Rural Areas

当前农村私建滥建宗教活动场所的现象比较严重,它对农村宗教管理工作秩序、农民的精神和物质负担、基层政权和农村的长治久安等都将产生诸多负面影响。政府宗教事务部门针对这一现象主要采用打击和取缔的办法,但成本太高、人为因素影响大,而且容易反弹。本文从经济学的视角分析了产生这一现象的原因,即农村大量宗教精神产品供给主体的存在必定是由于农民有大量的宗教精神产品的需求。最后,从供给和需求的角度分别提出短期治理之道和长期治理之道。

The problem of overcharging private construction of venues for religious activities in rural areas is quite serious,it has many negative effects on the management of the rural religious order,farmers burden on both moral and material,as well as the grass-roots political power and long-term stability of rural areas.The religious affairs department of the government against this phenomenon by cracking down on the main approach,but the cost is too high,mainly the man-made factors,and could easily rebound.This paper firstly analyses the reason of this phenomenon from the perspective of economics,namely,the existance of a large rural religious spirit products supply the main is due to the nesessity of the product.Later,it analyses from the perspective of supply and demand,separately issues both short-term and long-term governance methods.
