Analysis on German “Dual System” and Its Enlightenment

"双元制"模式是世界著名的一种职业教育模式,其具有重视个人的职业技能培训、根据企业需求选择和确定专业、注重师资培养、社会需求决定教育教学过程等特点和优点,同时具有借鉴德国职业教育的成功经验,以就业为导向,校企合作,产教结合,加快发展我国的职业教育。

The"dual system"pattern enjoys a good reputation all over the world as one kind of the teaching patterns for vocational education.This paper discusses the vocational education’s characteristics with the"dual system" in German from the social and cultural background,cooperation of school and enterprises,discusses Germany on the successful experience of vocational education,so that it gives us a lot of enlightenments for our vocational education.
