高职英语教学中的“高职特色”之思考

Consideration on Higher Vocational Characteristics in Higher Vocational English Teaching

高职英语教学和本科英语教学虽然同属于高等教育,但它们的培养目标却大不相同。高职英语教育有其鲜明的特色。在英语教学中怎样体现"高职特色",文章从三个方面进行了论述:使学生掌握"够用"的英语语言基础知识;培养学生英语综合应用能力;培养学生良好的学习方法和学习习惯,树立终身学习的职业发展意识。

Although both higher vocational English teaching and undergraduate English teaching belong to higher education,their aims are quite different,while higher vocational English teaching has its own distinct characteristics.This paper states from three aspects on how to emboby such characteristics.That are,to make students grasp enough basic knowledge of English,to develop students’ comprehensive competence in applying English,and to form better habit and methods in learning English so as to establish professional awareness of life-long learning.
