权利具有自由、正义、效益等价值;休息权的价值包括社会价值和法律价值。其社会价值有人类生存、人身自由、人的发展、人生目的等方面,法律价值包括社会正义、社会秩序、人类自由、社会平等、公平价值以及经济效益和社会效益价值。
Right has the value of freedom,justice and efficiency;the value of the right to rest includes social value and legal value.Its social value contains the survivorship liberty,development and life goal of human being,while legal value includes social justice and order,human freedom,social equality,fair value,as well as economic and social value.
