目前,我市农村小学教师队伍现状1.整体素质不乐观。2.经费投入不落实。3.继续教育不到位。4.激励机制不健全。按照科学发展观学习实践活动要求,职业院校对接市场、服务地方经济发展应该是最大的实践。为此,我们结合岳阳农村小学教师队伍实际进行了认真思考,以指导学院作为主干专业的初等教育的定位与发展。1.积极主动地承担起为岳阳市培养和输送合格农村小学教师的重任2.积极主动地做好岳阳市在职农村小学教师继续教育的培训工作3.以科学发展观为指导。
