做大做强初等教育专业品牌 为新农村建设输送合格教师——岳阳市农村小学教师队伍现状与学院科学发展的思考

摘要 目前,我市农村小学教师队伍现状1.整体素质不乐观。2.经费投入不落实。3.继续教育不到位。4.激励机制不健全。按照科学发展观学习实践活动要求,职业院校对接市场、服务地方经济发展应该是最大的实践。为此,我们结合岳阳农村小学教师队伍实际进行了认真思考,以指导学院作为主干专业的初等教育的定位与发展。1.积极主动地承担起为岳阳市培养和输送合格农村小学教师的重任2.积极主动地做好岳阳市在职农村小学教师继续教育的培训工作3.以科学发展观为指导。 The current situation of primary school teachers in Yueyang rural areas are: 1. the overall quality is not optimistic. 2. unimplemented funds. 3. continuation education is not in place. 4. imperfect incentive mechanism. In accordance with the practical requirement of scientific development, the greatest practice should be the docking of vocational college to market, and serve for local economic. Therefore, we should make a careful thinking on the facts of primary school teachers in Yueyang rural areas to guide the orientation and development of the major of elementary education in Hunan Vocational College for Nationalities. 1. Take the initiative to take up the responsibilities of training and transfering qualified primary school teachers to Yueyang rural areas 2. Take the initiative to do a good job of in- service training for rural primary teachers’ continuation education 3. To achieve the consensus of running elementary education major big and strong under the guidance of scientific development concept.
