十六大以来,以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央,以科学发展观为指导,对我国民族问题的理论在继承中有了重大发展,特别是对党的民族工作理论提出了许多新思想、新观点,并在实践中创造性地加以运用,把马克思主义民族观中国化的进程推进到了一个新的阶段。
