摘要
学习动机是影响学生学习的重要变量因子,以学习动机理论为依据,以湖南民族职业学院310名内地西藏学生为调查对象,对内地藏生的学习动机进行问卷调查,结果表明内地藏生学习过程中外部动机强于内部动机,存在一定的年级、性别差异,外归因多于内归因。针对这些特点,分析如何对内地藏生进行学习动机导向以更好地激发、培养其学习动机,提高学习效率。
Study motivation is one of the important variable factors that affect the students’ study. This paper investigates 310 students’ study motivation of the Inland Tibet Class in Hunan Vocational College for Nationalities by the questionnaires. The result shows that inland Tibetan students’ extrinsic study motivation is more than their intrinsic study motivation when they are studying. There are some differences in grades and sexual distinction and outside attribution is more than inside attribution. The paper analyses how to arouse the students’ study motivation of the Inland Tibet Class and train their study motivation in order to enhance their leaning efficiency.
