摘要
近年来我国星级饭店的数量规模在不断扩张,对高层次管理人才的需求加速增长,然而高等院校旅游管理专业培养的本科毕业生却遭遇到前所未有的就业压力。对此,文章根据当前饭店企业人才需求特点与要求,分析了高等院校旅游管理专业饭店管理课程的设置现状和存在问题,并提出《饭店管理》课程与实践整体优化的基本原则和实现途径。
In recent years, the number of star-rated hotels in China continued to expand which accelerates the demand for high -level management talents, but the tourism management graduates are experiencing unprecedented pressure on employment. In this regard, the article based on the current demand for hotel characteristics and requirements of business professionals, analyzed the status quo of Hotel Management course and put forward basic principles and ways in achieving the overall optimization.
