摘要
创编中老年健身操,应依据中老年人群的健康状况及特点与需求、各类健身操的特点及功能;应遵循明确的目的性与鲜明的针对性,动作精简、易学、易练,整体性与局部性相结合、中外结合及音乐与动作协调配合等原则。
Middle-aged body mechanics should be composed based on health status,the characteristics and functions of various types of body mechanics,which should follow a clear purpose and direction,and follow the principles of action streamlined,easy to learn,easy to practice,entirety and partial combination,combination of Chinese and foreign body mechanics and music and motion combined.
