The Evolution Experience of Income Distribution System and its Promotion in China

新中国成立60年来收入分配制度演进过程表明:在分配制度上必须处理好主体与并存的关系;在分配原则上必须处理好按劳分配与要素按贡献参与分配的关系;在分配机制上必须处理好公平与效率的关系;在分配目标上必须处理好共富与先富的关系。进一步完善我国现阶段分配制度的路径应该是使按劳分配和按要素贡献参与分配覆盖全社会。

Since the founding of the income distribution system 60 years ago,the process of its evolution shows that we must handle well the relationship between subject and coexist in the aspect of distribution system,and the relationship between distribution according to work or to the contribution of elements in the aspect of distribution principle,and also the relationship between equity and efficiency in the aspect of distribution mechanism,and the relationship between the rich enjoyed by all the people and the rich enjoyed by some people first in the aspect of distribution target.To improve the current distribution system,we should make sure that distribution according to work or to the contribution of elements will be equally treated over the whole society.
