略论社区建设中的物业管理

On Property Management in Communities

和谐社会建设已成为我国社会发展的主体趋势,而社区是社会细胞。但由于现在我国物业管理体制的不健全,使广大业主和物业管理企业之间产生了很多误解和纠纷,从而影响了社会和谐,对广大业主的权利造成一定的损害。本文从改善物业管理、构建和谐社会的大局着眼,分析了业主和物业管理企业之间关系问题的现状及原因,并提出了一些改善的对策。

The construction of a harmonious society has become the main trend of China’s social development,and the community is the social cell.Because China’s property management system is not completely,the majority owners and property management companies had a lot of misunderstandings and disputes,thus affecting social harmony,and causes some damage to the right of the majority owners.This paper aimed to improve property management,and build a harmonious society,analyzes the current relationship situation and reasons between the business owners and property management companies,and proposed some measures for improvement.
