试论我国检察权制约机制的完善

On the Restriction Mechanism of Prosecutorial Power in China

作为我国法律监督机关的检察机关。为了防止检察权的滥用,其权力的运作也必然要受到监督、制约。尽管我国宪法和其他法律规定了对检察权的内部制约机制和外部制约机制,但仍然需要进一步完善,以保证检察权在阳光下运行。

Prosecuting authority,as the legal supervision organ in China,its power will inevitably be supervised and restricted in order to prevent the abuse of prosecutorial power.Although China’s Constitution and other laws has made provision of its internal and external restriction mechanism,but it still need further refinement to ensure that the prosecutorial power runs in the sunshine.
