摘要 新课程改革不仅对教师的素质提出了更高的要求,也对新课改培训也提出了新的挑战。当前新课改教师培训中在内容、模式、效果评价等方面还存在许多问题,应当从多方面入手加以解决。 Since the implementation of new curriculum reform,not only the teachers quality being put into a higher level,but also new challenges raised for the training of new curriculum,and the contradiction between the needs of teachers and new curriculum training is becoming more and more apparent. This paper discusses from the training content,training mode,training effectiveness evaluation,and teachers training,proposes corresponding countermeasures aiming at the existing problems in teachers training.
