关于高校学生党员“三段式”全程培养体系的思考

Considerations on Tripartite Whole Culture Training System of Party Member Students in Universities

在高校学生党员成长的不同培养阶段实施党的全程理论与实践教育,是充分发挥党的政治优势和组织优势、做好大学生思想政治教育工作、培养和造就高素质人才的迫切需要。本文针对目前高校学生党员培养教育过程所存在的问题,提出在入党前、预备期和转正后三个阶段实施"开导性‘启蒙式’教育、针对性‘提升式’教育、普遍性‘帮扶式’教育"的"三段式"全程培养教育,最后针对高校学生党员全程化长效培养机制提出了若干思考。

The implementation of theoretical and practical education of party member students in universities in different training stages is a urgent need of giving full play to the party’s political advantage and organizational advantages, and doing a good job of ideological and political education, training and bringing up the high qualified personnel. This essay proposed the tripartite training system of enlighten education, promotive education, and helping education according to the existing problems in the training process at stages of pre-party period, preparatory period and obtainment of permanent status, and finally issued some considerations on the long-term whole culture training mechanism of party member students in universities.
