Problems and Countermeasures of Contemporary College Students Career Planning

随着市场经济的发展和高等教育大众化的逐步实现,高校大学生就业形势日趋严峻,如何提高大学生的就业能力成为社会和政府关注的焦点。在这种背景下,大学生职业生涯规划的重要性日益凸显。本文首先对大学生职业生涯规划的意义进行了阐述,接着对存在的问题进行了剖析,并根据存在的问题有针对性的提出了若干对策。以此引导大学生强化自身的职业生涯规划意识,做好职业准备,实现自己的职业目标和理想。

With the development of market economy and popularization of higher education, the employment situation of college students is increasingly serious, thus, how to improve the employability has become a focus of the government and the society. Under such background, the importance of college students career planning becomes increasingly prominent. This paper first states the meaning of the career planning, then analyzed the existing problems and give some countermeasures, so as to guide students’ awareness of strengthening their own career planning and prepare for their career to achieve their career goals and ideals.
