摘要
内地藏族大学生学业的提高一直是人们关注的问题。已有研究多从不利于学业的因素入手进行探讨,但相应研究结果在实践中往往难以操作。很少有研究从有利于学业的因素入手,进行实际可行的探讨。本研究即基于经验,以西藏民族学院学生为例,从藏汉"混合管理"对学习的影响入手,进行了初步探索和阐述,并提出了相应建议,以希望对有关工作及同类院校管理工作有相应启示。
Tibetan college students’ academic improvement has been concerned by people.More studies concern on unfavorable factors,however,the corresponding research results in practice are often difficult to operate.Few studies discuss from the factors conducive to academic.This study,takes Tibet College for Nationalities as an example,states the impact of mixed manage ment on study,and proposed corresponding suggestion in order to give enlightenment to college management work.
