探寻我国社会组织科学发展之路

On Exploring the Road of Scientific Development of Social Organization in China

健康发展的社会组织,对于加强和创新社会管理,维护社会和谐稳定具有重要意义。我国社会组织建设起步较晚,近年来虽然发展较快,但仍不够成熟,主要表现在:社工精神缺乏、行政化倾向明显、整体素质不高,等等。国外社会组织在多年发展中积累了一些比较成熟的经验,如自身建设比较规范,法制保障比较健全,角色定位比较明晰等。我们要在学习借鉴国外经验的过程中,大力创建具有中国特色的社会组织管理体制。

Healthy development of social organizations is very important for the innovation of social management; it also has great significance for maintaining social harmony and stability. Although the Chinese social organizations starts relatively late, it has been developing rapidly in recent years, and it is still not mature enough, such as lack of social work consciousness, too much bureaucratic. Foreign social organizations have accumulated some mature experience after development for many years, such as standardized management, sound legal guarantee, the explicit role orientation. We should learn and use foreign experiences, and create a management system for social organization with Chinese characteristics.
