摘要
理想的教师忠诚度是学校的宝贵资源,然而目前高职院校教师对学校的忠诚度不容乐观。多数高职院校已经意识到教师职业忠诚度对教育质量有着直接的影响,但大多高职院校几乎都缺乏应对策略。学校应在人本思想指导下,正视出现的问题,对高职教师进行物质上的关心、成长中的关怀和制度上的关照,从而提高高职教师职业忠诚度。
The ideal teachers’ loyalty is a valuable resource for colleges, however, teachers’ loyalty is not optimistic at present in higher vocational colleges. Most colleges have realized that teachers’ professional loyalty has a direct impact on the quality of education, but most of them lack of coping strategies. Higher Vocational Colleges should face the problems, concern teachers materially and institutionally, thereby enhancing teachers’ professional loyalty.
