摘要
高素质技能型人才培养,是社会的需求,也是国家对高职教育人才培养的目标指向。实践教学是实现高技能型人才培养的必要途径,而教师是保障实践教学质量的最关键的因素。要行之有效地提高学前教育专业实践教学的质量,教师在实践教学中应该扮演多元化的角色:教师应该是实践教学的整体规划者,实践教学过程中的指导者,实践教学角色的示范者和研究者。
High quality skilled personnel is the needs of society, and the talent training aims of higher vocational education as well. Practice teaching is a necessary way to achieve high-skilled personnel training, and the teachers are the most critical factors in protection of practice teaching quality. To effectively improve the quality of practice teaching, teachers should play a diversified role in teaching: to be an overall planner in practice teaching, a guide in the process of practice teaching, a fugleman and a researcher in the role of practice teaching.
