“幼儿教师国家级培训计划”项目的实践与思考

摘要 湖南民族职业学院在"国培计划"的实施中取得了显著的成绩,积累了一定的经验,但也发现并存在针对性不够强、培训模式不够完善等问题。进一步完善该项目的实施,一方面应当认真解读指导思想,规范课程设计,增强培训针对性,同时重视培训环节,创新培训模式,增强培训实效性。 Hunan Vocational College for Nationalities has gained obvious achievements and accumulated certain experience However, there is still much to be done as the training mode needs to be further improved and the project is not well-directed In order to further improve the implementation of the project, greater attention needs to be paid to the guiding ideology as well as the curriculum design while great emphasis needs to lay on the training session and the innovative training mode so as to enhance the practical effect of the training.
