摘要
通过响应面法对闪式提取废弃烟叶中茄尼醇的液料比、电压和提取时间进行优化。结果表明:响应面法优化的闪式提取茄尼醇的最佳参数为液料比17∶1,电压113 V,提取时间110 s;在最优条件下进行了5次验证试验,茄尼醇的平均提取率为46.03%,与理论值(46.31%)的相对误差仅为0.6%。
Response surface methodology(RSM) was used to optimize liquid-solid ratio, motor voltage and extraction time of flash extraction. The results showed that the optimum extraction parameters of RSM were as follows: liquid-solid ratio being 17∶1, motor voltage 113 V, and extraction time 110 s. Verification experiments of solanesol extraction were carried out for 5 times under the optimal extraction conditions, and the yield of solanesol was 46.03%, presenting a relative error 0.6% with theoretical datum(46.31%).
