随着社会经济的快速发展,全球的资源环境和气候变化正面临着巨大的压力,发展低碳城市已成为应对全球气候变化、协调经济社会发展和保障能源资源安全的主要途径,文章通过了对低碳城市规划的概述,探究分析了低碳城市规划理论与实践。
