矿山安全是矿山企业持续发展的根本保证,安全问题矿山生产的关键问题。在目前矿山事故频繁发生的客观背景下,我国矿山生产安全管理工作面临着巨大挑战。文章在对事故致因理论详细分析的基础上,探讨了我国矿山事故成因,分析了人在安全生产中的重要作用,并有针对性的提出安全管理对策。从而为探求非煤矿山事故的发生机理提供依据,为我国非煤矿山安全生产管理工作提供参考。

Safety is the fundamental guarantee for the sustainable development of mining enterprises,safety problem of mine production the key problems.In the present mine accidents happened frequently in the objective background,our country mine production safety management work is facing huge challenge.Based on the theory of Accident Causation Based on the detailed analysis,discussed our country mine accident causes,analysed people in the role of work safety,and put forward countermeasures for safety management.In order to explore the occurrence mechanism of non-coal mine accident provides a basis,for our country non-coal mine safety production to manage the job to provide reference.
